Notch Classic Flexfit Tan Operator cap is back and better than ever! Made by Flexfit from premium materials and a longer-lasting sweatband, the superior craftsmanship on this Tan tactical baseball cap shows. If you're looking for an all-around cap that's great for any occasion, this is it! You can wear it as it is or simply stick your favorite morale patch on the hook & loop field on the front of the hat. We've also replaced the button on top of the hat with a 1" x 1" hook & loop patch to eliminate the discomfort when worn with ear protection while you're at the shooting range!

Love this hat BUT the “one size” stretches out and becomes more of a Medium. I love fitted hats but have a Small head :)

Classic Flexfit Operator Hat

Excellent hat. I was worried about sizing (I have a rather large head) but the sizing chart was right on. This is the best fitting hat I have bought.

Fantastic Fit

This is my second Flexfit Operator hat. There's a reason I like them so much, they fit well. Even when I work outside, run to cover my bald head and move about in the TX heat, this hat delivers.

To Notch: Can you create a Flexfit hat similar to your Adjustable Athlete Operator, without the adjustability, that is breathable with ultra light fabric for the heat? Asking for a friend.

Great hat

Very durable and the unique notch is a good conversation piece. Ships in a box so the shape was in great condition.

Sized smaller than the chart says

I like the looks of the hat, but it is sized smaller than the chart says. It seems to run small and gives me a headache, so I barely wear it.
