WHY CAN'T I SELECT MY NOTCH LOCATION OR SIZE?
If you are not able to put a hat in your cart, select a notch location or size, that means we are currently sold out of that particular choice. We will send out email updates once we get styles back in stock. Sign up for our emails here.

Hand washing: Use a gentle non-bleach laundry detergent with warm water and let air dry.
To spot clean: Mix warm water with mild non bleach-laundry detergent. With a clean cloth and solution, spot clean the exterior. If there are stubborn sweat stains on the inner brim, rub stains with shampoo to help loosen body oils. Rinse your Notch hat with cool water to remove the soapy residue. Then let it air dry.
To help prevent staining: On your clean Notch hat, spray a stain/moisture repellant such as Scotchgard™, which you can find at most stores. For a quick refresh, sprinkle a little baking soda on the inner side of the hat and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Shake out any excess baking soda.
DO YOU OFFER EMBROIDERY?
We do offer embroidery services for orders of 24 hats or more. Emails us at email@example.com for more information. Please include the style you are interested in, your logo, and how many caps you would like to purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most items ship in 1-2 business days. Due to COVID-19, some customers are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of their order. Notch will not be responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to the interruption of services as a result of COVID-19 or other delays unrelated to COVID-19 by any carrier. For the most part, our customers are receiving their USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and FedEx packages in a timely manner.
Gatorz sunglasses usually ship in 2-5 business days. Orders that include Gatorz or Pre-order items will ship together once the Gatorz or the Pre-order item is available.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO AND FPO'S?
Yes, we proudly ship to military addresses! We ship to APO/FPO addresses using the United States Postal Service. The USPS recommends entering the full name with a middle name or initial and PSC number, unit number, or ship name.
When shipping to an APO/FPO address you will need to mark the country as the United States to avoid being charged international shipping rates. The city name should be entered as "APO" or "FPO" and the state entered as AE, AP, or AA.

During the checkout process, if your country is listed in the dropdown menu then we are currently able to ship to you.
All customs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility and are governed by the state or country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you and Notch does not cover these additional fees. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for international orders.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Sales tax is only charged if you are located in our home state of Arizona.
