Returns & Exchanges

If you have ANY issues at all, we want to help! We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, please include your order number, name, and shipping address along with the size you'd like to exchange it for in the package. Just send the item(s) back to us and we'll pay to ship the exchange back to you!
If you want to return your purchase for a refund, please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return in the package when you send the item back to us. We'll process your refund within 3 business days of receipt.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Please note, items that show evidence of wear will not be accepted for exchange or return. The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and hangtag (if you still have it) with the cap
- Must not be a special order or a custom order
- Please ship the hat back to us in the box it came in or a size appropriate box (not an envelope) *Please NOTE: Hats returned in a flat shipping bag/envelope will be damaged during shipping and can not be exchanged or refunded.
If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, we'll take care of the shipping costs to make it right!
We understand that buying something like a hat online can be a little intimidating. If you have any questions about sizing or colors before placing your order, please contact us by email or phone and we'll be happy to help answer your questions right away.
