Need a Custom Notch hat for your company, agency or unit? We've got you covered. We offer two options for custom orders:

1. Domestic embroidery - Order 24 pieces or more of our Blank Hats and we offer embroidery services for you. There's a $40 one-time set up fee per logo and a $7.50 embroidery charge per location. Just email us your logo at contactus@notchgear.com with all of the details. If you have a picture of an existing cap you're trying to match, include it as well. Lead time is usually 1-2 weeks.

2. Custom Overseas - Minimum order of 288 pieces. The sky is the limit here, we can customize anything you need! There's a $350 up front design/sample fee. Email us at contactus@notchgear.com, include your logo and a description of the hat you'd like. We'll send you a mockup for approval and then order a sample from the manufacturer. Once the sample is complete, we'll send it to you for final approval and collect 50% of the invoice up front. Lead time is typically 4-6 months and you'll be invoiced for the final 50% just before your order ships.
